Dr. Monica Stevens is a licensed psychologist who provides psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families in New Orleans. With postgraduate training in the Department of Psychiatry at Tulane University Medical Center, she offers compassionate, evidence-based care for a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns.
Dr. Stevens earned her Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Florida in 2011 and completed a Post-Graduate Fellowship in Clinical Psychology at Tulane in 2012. Since 2013, she has served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Tulane, providing psychological services in schools, hospitals, juvenile justice centers, and community clinics. She also teaches undergraduates about Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
With over twelve years in clinical practice, Dr. Stevens brings extensive experience working with diverse populations including children, adolescents, and adults.
